1st Castleberg Pack Holiday

Pack helps the National Trust plant trees at Malham

Ing Info Easter

This report by kind permission of the Ingleboro' Info Monthly Newsletter:

settleSettle’s Pack Holiday in March proved to be a roaring success. Not only did the Cubs have an exciting weekend, but, by working with the National Trust staff at Malham on the Saturday morning, they also helped the environment by planting scores of sapling trees. In the afternoon, their reward for all their hard work was the fun of den building.

Following dinner at the bunkhouse, the Cubs enthusiastically took part in a star quiz, a new Cub was invested and they all joined in an indoor campfire. The walk to Janet’s Foss on the Sunday morning proved to be exceedingly muddy but playing ‘poo sticks’ and splashing through puddles just added to the excitement!

Well done 1st Castleberg Pack for your 'Community' work, whilst also having FUN!
